WORST. around christmas time I had a bunch of harbor freight coupons.

BAIT AND SWITCH TIME

out of free and good deal items

place was full had 2 registers open and had to wait in line for them to tell you they didn't have the stuff in

this place should be closed for their advertising practices

buy elsewhere

not worth the time and hassle to save very little

yes the workers are rude

wow a free item coupon. see all those flyers in the newspaper and magazines for harbor freight and tool?

IGNORE THEM.

you drive across town to the store make your purchase, go to the cashier they are not only out of the item for that coupon but ever item they offer for free and they won';t substitue give rain check say sorry

NOTHING

they are rude and don't honor their coupons

best prices worst staff. Harbor freight has the best tools for the best prices PERIOD.

Why with so many people looking for work do they allow bitter, rude, hateful, unknowledgeable cashiers and personel to make you feel uncomfortable to go there?

I would fire EVERYONE especially the manager that allows it and hire new people who would appreciate the job. I have not had one pleasant cashier. They act like it is an impostion to put your purchase in a sack. NEVER said anything else, thank you, please come back.
