The dedication has been phenomenal.. In May, we contacted their office in reference to finding a home in Wichita. At that time, we were assigned to agent Brian Brundage. Since that time, Brian's dedication to helping us has been phenomenal. He has kept us updated on properties via e-mail and called to check on the progress of selling our house in Oklahoma on a regular basis. Most recently, he actually showed us a home at 7am on a Saturday before we left town. His dedication to service should be commended. He is an asset to your agency. We look forward to working with Brian as we continue searching for a property in the Wichita area.

I loved our buyer's agent.. I loved our buyers agent Karen, she was awesome and walked up through the process. She treated us with a warm caring attitude that made us very comfortable. We were buying a home 2-1/2 hours away from where we lived. We had really no experience to draw on and Karen was great, explaining the differences and concerns we needed to have going into the purchase. I never felt pressured and she helped us keep everything we had seen in order. She introduced us to people we needed information from and really made the whole process a pleasure rather than a painful one. Thanks Karen and the Grbic team! Your website was our key to everything.

Thanks!. Jeremy, I wanted to thank you and the Mike Grbic team for quick sell of my home on Glendale st. considering the house next door took over a year to sell I was expecting at least 6 months considering economic factors. Happy with the entire experience. Mike Grbic Team Realtors far exceeded our expectations with the quickness of the sale of our home. Mike handled our account himself from start to finish, which made the whole buying experience extremely easy. We are very happy about the entire experience and found Mike's staff to be very helpful and efficient when it came to our concerns. Truthfully speaking, there is nothing more Mike Grbic and his team could have done better through the whole process.

Job Well Done. We enjoyed the excellent feedback on showings by email, and the very good communication throughout from Michelle and Melissa. Not to mention 3 contracts in 10 days! We have sold 2 houses and bought a house with the Mike Grbic Team and all experiences were handled professionally and expediently. Mike pin pointed the right price range for selling which brought us 3 contracts in 10 days during a slow market. His team was very efficient in handling the details of all transactions. Mike is not only the hardest working Realtor in town, but more importantly, the smartest working Realtor in town. We highly recommend the Mike Grbic Team for buyers and sellers.

Poor and untimely communication. We used The Mike Grbic Team to sell our home, and will never do so again. About the only good part of this experience was that the home was sold. All the extra marketing is mostly unneeded as the vast majority of buyers find their homes on Realtor com. The Mike Grbic Team had poor communication among themselves, with the buyer?s agent, and with us. They certainly don?t work well as a team. It?s obvious that Grbic doesn?t understand that his business is about communication: they stated that we had hired them to sell our home, that they had sold it, and that is all that mattered. Not returning clients? calls and keeping clients in the dark isn?t the way to run a business.
