This is not only the best Bar-b-q in Wichita, but the rib combo is one of the best values!
I reccomend trying their 1/2 rack Baby Back Rib combo. It includes the 1/2 rack, 2 sides (try the beans and tater salad) and 2 huge slices of Texas toast. All for less than $8!
Also the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches are worth a shot. They have 3 sizes of sandwiches. The price seems a little steep compared with the rib combo, but the portions are large. I usually order the middle size sandwich and have trouble finishing in one sitting. If you order sides with your sandwich expect leftovers. Buns are close to 8-9" and loaded with messy goodness.
Try the cobblers for a tasty dessert.
Bring your friends, and expect many thanks. But like their ads say, "Don't be late; We close at 8!"
