Bad ExperiencES. Slow to process my payments on an auto loan. Also they lost the money I gave them to send a coupon book (the only bank I've ever had to charge me for one). I don't really think a bank should loose money, just a thought! Also, when I finally got it, they spelled my name incorrectly. After I's been a customer for 5 months, unexcusable!
