Better Organization Required.
I have enjoyed the wood-burning grill at Carrabbas. HOWEVER, they need to go back to the reservation system, this call ahead thing is for the birds. Our so-called 20-30 minute call ahead wait turned iinto one hour and ten minutes. Words fail me, where is customer service going in America? Thank you for removing yourself from my list of favorite eating establishments, also hire more mature people to run your host/hostessing.

An open kitchen churns out wood-fired pizzas and fresh-made pastas at this casual Sicilian-American chain..
In Short
Decorated with family photos of founders Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba, the open dining rooms pack groups of friends and extended families into four- and six-person tables and booths; smaller parties or couples can grab stools at the open kitchen's adjoining bar to watch chefs make dinner. The traditional southern Italian menu offers grill specialties like steak Marsala and fire-roasted chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes; pasta dishes include fettuccine Alfredo and garlic-sauteed shrimp with linguine.

Romantic Italian Food.
This restaurant has proven to be a wonderful experience each time. The waiters are extremely nice and the last time I went in there our server got me some chicken soup on the house because I was sick! They pride themselves on the food and service each and every night. Even on a Friday or Saturday night it is not too hard to get in. The only complaint I have is that I am a very healthy eater and the salads are drowned in dressing (so I would get it on the side). Their food is also very oily on the veil platter but the pasta is delicious! Perfect for a romantic evening or small family dining
