comment to "smiles laughs charm"

sounds like the review headlined 'smiles laughs charm' was written by the "bubbly red head" and manicurist....not fooled... i know first hand that these 2 manipulaters that are spoke of so highly in that review are lying fakes.. the product they use are purchased by the red head jessica from walgreensand used by ashton the cosmotologist (yes cosmotologist not massage therapist therefore she was not properly trained nor licensed to perform the massages they charged $60 for) on clients all the while telling said clients the product was professional ...... maybe the "questionable" employee from the past they were trying to blame every other review on (all of which were horrible i might add) decided they were tired of being associated with a business and people of such low standards and morals

Unbelievably embarrassing

It took 3 hours for a manicure/pedicure. It was advertised as 1/2 price and we still paid toooooo much for low quality old product, extremely limited colors of polish to be used, and bad technique by technicians (neither of us got a top coat, and I ended up with polish all over my cuticles). We didn't want a wax dip, but got it any way, and we paid way too much for this poor poooor poooooooor service. The girls that helped us were really nice but poor technicians and one ate lunch while she was working with us. One of the girls mother walked in and went up to the massage rooms to take a nap while we were there. I was very embarrassed, as well, becauses my guest is from out of town and scheduled for further travel from here. All we wanted was a good manicure/pedicure that would last her through the weekend - and it didn't even last until we got home. We are both redoing the work on our own this evening - after spending too much money on this really poor service. We were robbed by 2 really nice girls. In the 3 hours we were there, they had one other customer. Guess everyone knows the secret but us. I seriously wondered if it was a 'cover' for some other business.

Worst customer service ever

I have never experienced worse customer service from any company of any kind. We have shown up for appointments twice and the spa was closed. The third time we were to have 2 therapists so my daughters could enjoy their 2 hour spa packages together. My daughter called after 2 hours and said there was only one therapist so they had each only received 2 of their 30 min treatments because they had to go one at a time and were just beginning the 3rd. The therapist wanted to reschedule their massages. I had called the day before to verify the appointment since we had trouble with this spa before. I will never reschedule the massages of anything else at this spa.
