Very nice experience! My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing couples massage and found the environment and staff to be exceptional.

Beautiful place, inexperienced staff, high costs. Healing Waters is a beautiful spa but the customer service is lacking and the inexperience of the girl performing my chemical peel was highly evident. She just kept trying to sell me the most expensive peel and couldn't answer any of the questions I had for her about the differences in the peels. It was an expensive procedure and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. No extra touches, just apply the peel, remove the peel, and send me on my way. This is also the first spa where I had a medical grade peel and was not sent home with aftercare instructions. The girl (and I call her a girl because she a was 20 years old) said she would call me to follow up in a couple of days. You guessed it...I never received a call from her. I was extremely disappointed since this is such an expensive spa. I was not impressed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bad experience. I waited over 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment, then was rushed through my service (less than 10 min for a $400 treatment) and out the door because of course they were late for the appointment after me, she also left a large bruise on my forehead. The place looks nice but not much confidence in the management or those providing the services.

Not as relaxing as I had hoped. My massage therapist talked the entire time I was there so I had a difficult time relaxing. Also felt as if the movements were more repetition instead of just for me. It's a beautiful facility, staff is nice and it's professional.

Would consider going back with conditions.

BEST spa experience ever!. I have visited many spa's across the country, and this spa far exceeds any others. Not only is the atmosphere beautiful, but the staff are polished, warm, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would recommend Healing Waters to everyone!

Very Nice!. I went for a facial. It was wonderful. I wish I could pamper myself more often. AMAZING!

Although their product is pricey it is very nice.
