Poor installation on windows. We purchased windows for our upstairs, we were told the original construction windows were improperly installed. Unfortunately, People's didn't install the replacements properly either. Because the leaks continued, the window rep came out. He also found a problem, the wrong window had been ordered and installed improperly! People's did issue us a nominal credit because of the problem. Now we have another leak in a different window, which has caused sheet rock and wood damage too. This has been linked to the installation and poor application of caulking, that People's did. I would not recommend People's for replacement windows in your home.
