Racist, Mean, and Only help the wealthy. I am Hispanic and got followed around this store like I was going to steal something. They didn't offer to give me items to go into the dressing room like they did the rich white women around me. The owner yelled at an employee right in front of me and I got a bad vibe from the place. No one should feel worthless when they are out having fun. No one should be followed around a store like they will steal something. I will never go back here and will tell my friends and family to stay away.

HEARTLESS OWNER. I don't know how this place has 4 stars after the experience I had. My poor grandmother had a store credit, which at this place are only good for 30 days. In those 30 days my grandmother had an accident and broke her pelvis, as a result she was unable to get back to redeem it in time. The day it was set expire grandma called and explained her predicament. The sales associate said she'd check and call back, which she didn't. Two days after the credit expired I called to check the status. Another sales associate answered the phone this time and checked with the manager on duty, who approved an extension of the credit. 10 minutes later the manager called; she had spoken with the Owner, Linda, who insisted that an extension was out of the question. How someone can sleep after being so heartless to a sweet 85 year old woman? I don't know, but I want everyone else to know how greedy the owner is and encourage anyone reading this not to give them any more business!!!

Amazings Finds! and Superb customer service!. They employees are so nice and will help you with everything. You feel like a celebrity! I just love everything in the store! You just want to buy it all! I would defiantly recommend this store to anyone who has a special occasion like a reunion where you want to look great!

wonderful service and amazing finds!. im guessing they have hired new staff since i received excellent customer service!

you can defenetly find treasures your not going to find anywhere else in wichita! but if its on sale make sure you try it on! because theres no returns on sale items! no big deal just make sure you want it :) give them a try, I love the E girls!

Poor Customer Service. My co-worker asked me to go shopping with her during our lunch hour. We walked in the store and she was greeted and told that the clothing was 50% off. Nothing was said to me, no one asked me if I was looking for something in particular. 3 other ladies came into the store and they were told the same thing about the sale. I'm 57 years old and Hispanic. I also had a huge bonus on my paycheck. I'm a operations/educator with a know medical facility in Wichita. Guess who will never get my business.

Great Clothes - Bad Customer Service. This is a great store with fun clothes and interesting gift items.

However, they have forgotten that their customers are what keep them in business. We bought 5 items for Christmas here and wanted to exchange 2 of them for something different. Because we bought them on a 'buy 3; get 30% off" prechristmas sale, we were not allowed to exchange the items. We had the receipt and only wanted an exchange.

This is supposed to be a classy store - I guess not. Be sure you really really really want anything you buy here.
