In Short – Boasting a sleek decor of blond wood, raw steel and exposed pipes, this taqueria hums with conversation and an eclectic mix of piped-in salsa, rock and reggae. Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.

I just had my 1st and LAST visit (30th and Rock location). I ordered soft shelled tacos, but the girl behind the counter started preparing hard tacos. When I corrected her, she stood there and glared at me until another girl told her to remake it. I also had to tell her STEAK 3 times before she comprehended. While I continued down the line, this same girl continued to glare at me. The fella behind the cash register was curtious. The food wasn't that good. Next time, I'll drive by chipotle's and head for TACO BELL.
- Pros: nice outdoor seating
- Cons: Rude service. Need to brush up on English skills
Terrible Service

I recently went into the Chipolte on Maize road and waited in line for 10 min. When I got to the front to girls that were supposed to be waiting on me were to busy chit chatting with each other about their boyfriends that they seemed to drown out the customer. When I was finally helped the chicken was barely warm and the rice was hard. I complained and on of the girls told me that they were out of chicken and that I shokuld not have came close to closing time. They were not to close for about another hour and 1/2.
- Pros: Good Parking
- Cons: Terrible Service, Overpriced

Save Time:
If you're placing five or more orders, fax the restaurant ahead of time. Your food will be waiting at the register when you arrive.
Know Before You Go:
The hot tomatillo-red chili salsa is genuinely fiery, so unless you have taste buds of steel, stick with the medium corn salsa.
