so thankful. What a relief to have this Company to rely on. They were able to recover all of my data from my external drive. I dropped it off the desk and was sure everything was gone forever, but they recovered everything back for me. Pics, music - everything! I am extremely thankful.
great.... They helped me a lot!: I just bought a new printer, I have no idea how to connect it. I checked few local services, these guys have most reasonable price. Their guy came in the evening same day and installed printer, hooked it to the phone line and inserted ink cartridges. At last he explained how to use it, so I just had no questions left. I will use them again
We will do business with them again.. I will use them again if I'll need.
not recommended. Brought my computer in for virus removal and diagnostic scan after my own virus removal was incomplete. They were able to restore the parts of my OS that the virus affected, but did not fully remove the virus. Claimed this was only possible by reinstalling Windows (which is NOT TRUE). Wanted to charge me for virus removal (again) if I brought my computer back. Good thing I figured out how to get the rest of the virus off myself. POOR SERVICE.
Wonderful Service.. I have bought all of my Macs from Ribbit Computers since they opened their Downtown Store and all my computers since they opened their Oliver Store. And I have had them deliver and set up all of the equipment. I have used their computers to write and publish more than a dozen books. They have provided outstanding recommendations on back up systems, color laser printers, external hard drives, etc. and as a result I have never lost any data in spite of crashes. Repairs have been done with the best expertise and professionalism. And they have "bent over backwards" to accommodate my urgent deadlines. They even let me use their own computers in their office to meet a deadline when I had an serious problem. They are by far the best at Mac and computer sales and service in the Wichita area.
Perfect Store. I entered your store Tuesday afternoon to purchase a printer cable. I didn't really know what I needed, but I had the printer with me. A female (sorry, I didn't catch her name) tried to assist me, but then referred me to Aaron. Aaron looked at what I needed, and sold me the products I needed. As I was departing, he made sure I had a business card and knew his name in the event I needed assistance. Unusual for me, I remembered it. When I got home, things became a mess. I contacted Cox Cable, they were no help. I called Aaron, and after about 4 phone calls (and a ton of patience on his part) we were able to get the router and printer working. I thanked Aaron, and told him I owed him huge. He simply said, send us business. Not only is this kid (I'm at least twice his age) outstanding with customer service, he knew exactly what to say on behalf of your business. I will do as he says...not only will I go out of my way to return to your store, I'll mention this kind of service to my friends and associates.
Rip off artists! Buyer Beware!!!!. I brought my laptop to Ribbit to have a power jack replaced. They replaced the power jack and the computer worked for a period of about 6 weeks. Suddenly, the same symtoms appeared. I returned it to Ribitt within the warranty period and this was confirmed by the manager. When it was diagnosed, I was called by the store technician and told that it would not power up on battery which it had just before it was returned. I told him that it was working and then he called me back and confirmed it. I was later called by the owner who told me the motherboard was burned out. He said that it was not caused by his tech who installed the power jack. The owner said that it would cost $350 for a new motherboard or I could trade it in on a new computer at a discount. I picked it up instead. I waited a few months and took it to another repair shop. Upon examination he said that the board had burned out due to an improperly installed motherboard. It is now costing me $265 for a new motherboard installed. I have filed a complaint with the authorities and their rating of this business is even worse than mine.
