Lubbers Service Sucks. Drove 26.5 miles to get my free (while-u-wait) oil change. Was told wait time would be 2.5 hours. I thought they were joking. Asked if I could get the nitrogen pressure checked in my tires, my low pressure light was on, took them 5 minutes to find a tire gauge. Had to remind them twice it was nitrogen, not air. I thanked the mechanic for checking the tires and let the salesman who sold the vehicle know I was going back to Mel Hambleton. Returned to Wichita, stopped at Mel Hambleton, oil and filter changed and tires rotated in under an hour. If you buy a car from Lubbers, get your service done somewhere else. Service department at Lubbers Cheney is Dirty,dark,,disorganized, and not customer oriented. …
Breach of Contract!. Purchased and paid for brand new car from Lubbers (which was to be transferred from another dealer). 2 days before delivery, they called to say that my car had been sold to someone else even though they had told the other dealer. They said there was nothing they could do, and did not nothing to try to fix the situation. Even getting my money was difficult: I had to ask three times: it took 5 days as they claim they sent it to the wrong address. Be careful. …
