A lawyer to avoid!. He is a lawyer we should avoid. If you search his name and "lawyer to avoid" online, you will find his name on that list. I regret that I did not check his info online!

My personal experience reconfirmed the rating. He needs to understand that people pay him to help deliver the justice. Unfortunately, he gave us a feeling of being victims twice -- he made us pay him hundreds of dollars without collecting a penny. When we seek his response, he rarely responds!

Great Attorney. Mark Kahrs has represented us for years and is a great attorney. Him and his staff are very knowledgable and professional, as well as courteous. His turn around is very fast, they are very communicative and do a great job handling our accounts.

In response to this office not returning calls: absolutely untrue, the voicemail is very specific in what you need to leave in order to receive a return call, any time i've ever left a message i've recieved a return call quickly.

I would highly recommend Mr. Kahrs to anyone looking for an attorney in this area.

Great Service. Our company has used Kahrs Law offices for over 10 years and we've turned them thousands of accounts. They are very easy to work with and do a fantastic job. They are very responsive to our needs and give us updates as needed and can run about any report we ask for. They understand that that people we turn to them to take legal action against are not their customer, we are.

Yes I've heard complaints from the debtors we've turned saying they don't return calls, but they do return the calls. However, for privacy reasons they do not leave messages on people's voicemails so if the person doesn't answer they're going to think that they don't return the calls.

They give us good customer service and we've had very good results and success from using them. They have REALLY helped in recovering balances that we thought were just lost.

Not a Good Attroney. Our company used them to collect money and they we're terrible!! Slow turn arounds no contact and Mark personally stole money from us,

Mark Kahrs is a thief.

Unprofessional. They are debt collectors who make you put your information on a voicemail and they do not return phone calls. I called them the day of my court date and received a letter a month later saying they were garnishing my wages. I called and left a message on their machine this time that told them I would be in the office and we gone have it out!
