Love Reni and her Store!

I looked at most bridal stores in KC, OKC, and Wichita. Reni's had my dress. She listened to what I wanted; she did not try to fit my personality into whatever dresses she bought at market.

She stood out from the crowd because she is blunt. She tells you the truth - like if a dress isn't good for your body. If she says it, you can bet your guests are thinking it, and do you want them criticizing you on your wedding day? Go to Reni, she won't BS you.

I came back into that store once, sometimes twice a month for four months, with different friends, my mother, and by myself. Her sales people are so kind and wonderful - they want to make you beautiful. They don't make a commission.

Reni never pushed me to buy the dress that day, and she never rushed me out of the store. She talked about alterations, varying colors of white, even dying the veil with tea to match the dress (it works!). Will you get this from a David's Bridal?

Moreso, she can read personalities, body types, and skin types and colors. Trust me, you will not regret going to Reni's. You'll regret not going.

Absolutely the very best bridal shop in Wichita!!!!!!!!! Great dresses, excellent service!

This is the best bridal shop in Wichita! If you don't go to Reni's you really are missing out.!!!!My sister and cousin both purchased their dress from Reni's, and even though I was familar with the shop I still wanted to shop around. (It had been a few years since my sister was married so I wanted to check out some shops that had not been around when she was shopping.) Well....let me say that Reni's has the best dresses, and definately the best service in town. I really feel the need to respond to the person in a particular review..there is nothing wrong with a security lock on the door, it's a safety issue. Also....who checks for a website to see a stores hours etc...how about an old fashioned phone call to hear an actual voice on the other end?(Which was very helpful and freindly at Reni's) OH..and they looked at my ring too, and I don't think they have a motive to see what kind of dress you might buy..they are being nice! I beleive by asking when your wedding is it helps them determine if you have time to order. When I was in...a young lady came in who was heading to Vegas the next day and they found her a dress she could take with her that day.Well anyway my gown and bridesmaids were perfect, and Reni's helped me have a beautiful wedding!!!!! If you are shopping for a wedding gown, you owe it to yourself to make a trip to Reni's before you buy a gown. I will say they are VERY busy esp. on Saturday, so you should call ahead and make an appointment. (I figured it was a good thing that they were so busy.) However, they never made me feel rushed at all. I also liked the fact they are not pushy at all. Reni herself told me to "sleep on it" and make sure that was the dress I wanted since I did have plenty of time to order the gown.Their dresses are very good quality. One of my favorite things about Reni's is they are so nice and who would ever guess that a bridal shop would be so fun? I love Reni's, and will be reccomending them to everyone!!!!!!

Awful service...

First, they have a security door...umm, a lil' scary. Second, I walked in and immediately they said "we are appointment only." News to me...how about you get a website with information!!! Third, they immediately wanted to 1) look at my engagement ring as if to judge my purchase by the size of my diamond and 2) ask me when my date was as if to say "you have plenty of time and are not as important to us today." Fourth, the ladies tried to convince me that the dress I was in search of did not exist b/c it was not listed in the 1988 Maggie Soterro catalog. I proceeded to tell them that it was on the designer website page 40. Unfortunately, they don't have the internet so they were unable to look it up. Hello....2008!
