BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!. I absolutely LOVED my experience with Accent Bridal. I went to several other shops thinking I had found the "perfect" dress until I came to Accent Bridal. I found my "perfect" dress there, Tricia was WONDERFUL, she knew my name EVERY time I came in. All of the employees were so eager to help and make suggestions. They were more than willing to schedule fittings that would work with MY schedule! Tricia ordered the veil I wanted to go with my dress (it had sold between the original trying on and the time I came in to show my mom the dress), she also ordered the slip I wanted because they didn't have the biggest one with the poof that I wanted. The customer service was GREAT! I absolutely without a doubt, recommend Accent Bridal for ANY bride who wants Big Town selection, with Small Town service.

Average customer service. Wish they had been more helpful as I don't know what I am doing completely. They didn't seem to have very many of the types of dress I am looking for. The young lady that helped me didn't seem very patient. I found my dress at another store not too far from this one (they had a huge selection and were very helpful). I think this store would be a nice place if you already know exactly what you want and don't need much help from anyone.
