Go ANYWHERE else!. I ordered my furniture in May for a baby due in September and never received it. My husband and I got the run-around and flat-out lies from Keith too many times to count. I finally read reviews online and on the Better Business Bureau website. I realized it was futile to wait and I became concerned our almost $900 was gone for good. We finally demanded a refund. My husband had to threaten to sue before we finally got our refund. We ended up getting similar merchandise from the same manufacturer from Amazon with next-day service and Tiny Tykes gave us excuse after excuse for three months. These people are down-right criminal. Go to Fact Finder 12 and see the proof before you decide to buy furniture from them!

Awesome Experience. My girlfriend and I just found out her sister is having a baby. I went to Tiny Tykes with my girlfriend and I was really impressed with Keith’s honesty. He explained the long term benefits of purchasing a convertible crib. The price was awesome!!

The perfect pirate bed. My son loves pirates!! Tiny Tykes had a red and black bedroom set in their store. We bought the floor model. I got it at an awesome price! I was amazed that it still looked like brand new and still does. Keith even ordered the pirate sheets that match for me. He called with updates from the manufacturer for the bedding. Great customer experience.

Great furniture for our little Matty. My wife and I found out we were having a baby. I was even more excited when I found out it was a boy as my grandfather is 90 and in bad health so I am the only name sake. My whole family was just ecstatic! My wife Shay, and I went looking for the perfect bedroom furniture for our baby. We went to baby’s are us and Wal-Mart, even target, but nothing caught her eye. We went to Tiny Tykes Furniture and began to take a peek. After 3 trips my wife decided to give the sales guy a chance to talk. Keith explained how their cribs converted to a toddler bed and then a full size bed. After some thought we decided to purchase our furniture at Tiny Tykes Furniture. We based our decision on the level of customer service, the quality, and the communication between the sales guy and ourselves. We felt informed and my wife loves a value. I would suggest checking them out, try to order in your first trimester because there can be some delays for custom furniture. Great experience!

love the furniture. I had great customer service when i went there and i believe they are not cheats they just have to go through alot to get the furniture that we need and want . I love the furniture they have it is very beautiful and elegant looking i would recommend any one to go to them for a deal or great furniture for their baby or child.

don't order from here. I had luck in the past with this store and got my orders exactly when I wanted. This last time was a nightmare. I ordered something and was told it would take 4 weeks. After 6 weeks I called. The excuses started coming in and my phone calls were not returned. I went into the store and kept getting told any day now. I finally got part of my order 11 weeks after I ordered it which was 1 week after my baby was born. This processed was so stressful for me. Then the order wasn't in the right color so I cancelled the second part of my order. When I did this, they could care less and didn't apologize or anything. You may have luck if it is something they have in stock but if you have to have something ordered don't do it!! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where they actually want to provide good customer service.
