They have "never had a complaint"... VERY hard to believe. I visited last night at 6:45 and did not leave with my to go order till 7:20. All I ordered was 5 or 6 tacos, 2 bean burritos and a combo burrito. After I had seen several customers that arrived after me receive their items I went up to the young girl and said that I had been waiting over 20 minutes for my food. After speaking with the kitchen she offered me some sugar coated chips which I denied (I don't like them) and then a bag of chips which I also denied (they were not fresh).

Since I had not visited in years I asked if it normally took that long and what happened. She shared that a staff person had gone to break after getting my order so it had not even started. (note the con of understanding how to operate.... with 2 or 3+ people working the back they could actually take a hint from McDonalds I am sad to say).

As a manager myself (not for food thank goodness!) I would really like to know if my staff dropped the ball and left a customer hanging so I asked for the managers name. The response I received is "it's my dad". Excellent,... am I supposed to call and ask for dad? So I asked his name again. She said "his name is Mike but don't call today, it's his birthday and that would be rude".

I attempted to ask her when would be a good time to call and she turned her back on me. (and it would be rude of me to call?) I asked again and she made an odd noise and eluded that you can never know when a manager will be available.

So, instead of wasting more of my time I will share my experience with everyone who wishes to hear it!

As for the food: More expensive than Taco Bell, cheaper than Taco Grande and taste follows the same route. Nothing special enough to make me ever visit again.

Good Food - Great Price. This is an excellent lunch location and the food is very reasonable. You should try it!
