Always the best service!!!!!. I love this store!! Dustin always takes such good care of me. I have been an eBay shipper for about 5 years and Dustin has always been so good to me. I've never had a package that wasn't handled perfectly.

In addition, he always finds me the best rate and makes sure that my customers can track their orders. I saw the other review on this page and had to respond. I don't know what that customer did wrong, but Dustin hasn't failed me once in 5 years!!!

Go check out The Mail Room and you'll never set foot in a post office again!!

Will not be using this company again. I had a gift that needed mailed. I do not like going to the post office as they are usually very busy. I thought that I would give this place a try.

I explained the background of the situation and the need of having proof that I sent the gift. I was stoked because the gift was a special order and didnt get here in time for Christmas, so I was already running late. I couldnt wait to hear how much my son enjoyed it!!

The clerk took a bunch of information and put it into the computer. He did NOT ask me for my return address and I even asked "do you need my return address"? He said that it was NOT necessary. (He had taken my name, etc. and who was I to tell him how to do his job). I paid for the service and took my receipt. When I was looking at it, it had a spot for a tracking number and there was one there. With that, I took comfort.

MISTAKE!!

When I spoke to my son and asked him how he enjoyed his present, he told me that he had not received any present. (Yeah, you can imagine my surprise, as it had been over a month since I shipped it to him). Here's where the fun starts....

Since I had kept the receipt with my handy dandy tracking number, I jumped on the computer to go check where the gift might be! No problem!!

Problem, this tracking number does not work!! Why you ask? Because the tracking number is an internal business tracking number! Well, I called the Mail Room and explained the situation I was now dealing with (thinking since all info was put into the computer, they should have something to track my package, right?). Well I was told that there is no real way to track my package (SHOCK)!! Also, that I should call the United States Post Office to try ot find it, first, because to have the Mail Room look for it would be a big deal to do (so I was put under the impression). I called the Post Office that delivers to my son's address (fantastic help, fantastic woman, TY Theresa!). Theresa went and checked her whole facility AND returned my call. (She was also amazed that the Mail Room did not take my return address). She suggested that I file a report on the package. When I filed my report I had to talk to another woman named Nichole, who suggested I call the "plant" where undeliverable items go, maybe by chance it could be there. I called the plant and was told to call "the mail recovery center". I did, filed another claim, and was told if they find it they will call me. That is, if they find it. They are short staffed and cannot make calls back if they find nothing.

WAIT, WAIT, WAIT....

I called the Mail room again today and talked to the same clerk. I was told that the post office "cant get it right", that when he made his "search" that they told him "they (plant in minnesota) dont have it".

WOW!

Well, I paid about $75.00 for the gifts and 9.50 for the shipping. My child has no gift, which I had to special order, Im out $84.50, my ex-husband thinks Im lying about the gift, and the only thing that I have to show for it is the receipts from the Science Education Center and from the Mail Room.

After this, I will only use the United States Postal Service. When I say "I need proof of delivery", "dont you need my return address" and "this is very important to me", I feel that it should of been handled. Im very disappointed.
