February 02, 2013 ok we went back to try AGAIN after getting a gift card from the manager from the november 2012 bad experience. There was a coupon buy one get one free plus the gift card. We waitied on service, was NEVER asked by our waitress if we needed anything else after 20 minutes of ordering HAMBURGERS and still not out, we flagged down the hostess who got our waitress who rudely said food would be out. we asked for the check the same time. Another couple sat and waited for SEVEN minutes for the check to be brought. The manager compedd our food and gave us our gift card back. I told him i would give it away as we would NOT be back

He saw we had empty drink glasses no wiatress coming around food took too long to come out onand on

WHAT HAPPENED???? We used to go to outback and every time prompt service, steaks cook just right. We went on halloween for the free coupon and kids eat free. ALL the steaks were greatly undercooked, staff was worried about their costumes rather than service, we thought maybe a fluke. We went back black friday with the free dinner. AGAIN this time bloomin onion was undercooked and still had the seasoning on it needing cooked. The steaks GREATLY undercooked also. Only about six tables were there also it is usually packed. Wrote management, called management no response, we WILL NOT GO BACK TO OUTBACK

smokey. Won't go back till it is non smoking.Food was good.Service was good.But hard to enjoy your food when smoke is blowing in your face from the bar.

Great Outback!. We really enjoyed this Outback. Food was prepared just the way we asked, steaks were tender and delicious, and the service was very attentive. Great experience!!

The Best Restaurant in the Nation. From the friendly hostesses, to the vibrant energy the restaurant exudes. This restaurant has got to be one of the best restaurants in the nation. I travel all over the world and eat out daily. I get better service and food at this restaurant than most 4 star restaurants. Ask for John, the owner, to create a new dish for you. You will be amazed! You will receive a meal that is second to none. I travel to this specific location every time I am in town. For those who live in Wichita, you do not realize what a gem of a restaurant you have.

Great. This is my absolute favorite restaurent in Wichita. The service is CONSISTENTLY great and the food is always just the way I want it.
