Don't do it. The staff is very nice before you sign a lease and move in, but beware for after. They claim to work with you, but rarely ever do. My apartment was crawling with ants and I reported it many times, but the exterminator only comes twice a year. They told me it was my problem. I lost my lease and requested a new one, but they would only let me have one to read while in the office; I couldn't take it. If they need to relay a message about something they print it out and stick it on a clip that is on your door. Most of the time I would never get the notices, but I would get the one that talked about failure to comply. They told me that I didn't need to paint the walls (sticky tak leaves nasty marks) to get my deposit back, but I couldn't get my deposit back because there were marks on the walls. The pool hours are from 10am-10pm, but it would always be closed between 7:30pm and 8pm.

I loved my neighbors and the location, but overall it wasn't worth the hassle…
