Terrible service from a waitress named Kathy. I am a frequent customer at this restaurant, 5 or 6 times a month. The food is good and most of the time the service is good. But 3 times over the last several weeks I have had a waitress by the name of Kathy. She is the worst waitress in Wichita, she will not fill water glass, if you ask for coffee she ingores you, gets the order wrong and refuses to make it right & you have to get a manager to get your order right. yesterday was the last straw, Kathy took the order and then did not come back to table, had to ask someone else for a water refill never did get a coffee refill (ask for 1 and was ingored.) After waiting for the order for 1 hr I finally told the manager what was wrong and left the restaurant and went to a different restaurant.
