Best place to find gifts. This is the best place to find gifts. Whether you're spending $10 or $200, the customer service is excellent and you can find things that are unique. Also it's an independent business. I've been to this place several times in the past five years and I've never had any problems with anything I've bought (jewelry included). I've also never had any trouble with getting good, friendly help...even when I was only spending $10.

Beautiful Items. I like the store, they have one of a kind pieces, I have made a jewerly purchase and have not had any problems thus far.

Bad Customer Service. I would limit purchases to low cost items. I wouldn't recommended buying jewelry there. I had a bad experience over a jewelry item. She became rude and disrespectful after the sale was made. A year later the ring is a different color. I also know someone else who had trouble with stones falling out of theirs.

The First Place. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this jewelry shop to anyone. Helen Galloway (the owner) is rude and disrespectful. She does not relate well with the customers. She needs to be more polished than her gemstones. I purchased an engagement ring and it was supposedly one of a kind. To my surprise I had seen the same design at Zales and reported back to her. She was not very understanding at all and would not take the ring back for a refund.
