NEVER GO HERE!. My boyfriend sent me flowers for Valentines day this year and they did not get delivered till the 15th. Their excuse was that they were "backed up". ITS VALENTINES DAY AND YOU ARE A FLORIST, hire more help!!! THEN, a co-workers of mines husband sent her flowers on Valentines day from this same place, and as of today, the 16th, they still have not arrived. Someone from the shop called and said that the order had been canceled. Clearly it was not canceled and we know this for a fact because her husband PAID FOR THEM.

I will be telling my boyfriend and everyone I know to NEVER order flowers from this florist again! Unbelievable

Worst experience ever.. I chose to have this company arrange and deliver flowers to my fiancee, because they are located close to her work. I spoke with her at 1 PM, 2 hours before her day at work ended, and she had not received her flowers. So I spoke with company to check up on my delivery. I was promised a call back shortly. An hour later, I called them back, and again I was told I would get another call shortly. 30 minutes after that, I called again. They had found the invoice, then told me they didn't have the flowers I requested. At 2:45 the owner said he would be leaving and have the flowers there by 3 pm. At this point, I had to call my fiancee, ruin the surprise and ask her to wait while this incompetent man delivered her flowers. 45 MINUTES LATER, after my fiancee had waited and waited and the flowers had still not arrived, I cancelled the order.

I will never suggest anyone ever attempt to purchase flowers from this incompetent group of people. They completely ruined valentines day for my fiancee and me, and I hope if you're considering having flowers delivered, you stay far away from this place as you will be sorely dissappointed. There are dozens of better options for you in Wichita.
