Turtle Creek on 13th. This is a neighbor on tenth street. I picked up your trash again and threw the bag over into the corner where you refuse to pick up your trash, littering the whole neighborhood
on tent street. If you won't start managing this issue, then we have no recourse but to bring it to the issue of the city.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE !!!. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A FEW YEARS AND AT ONE TIME IT WAS OK WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE, WE THEN GOT NEW MANAGEMENT AND A NEW ASSISSTANT MANAGER AND IT WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE. THE ASSISSTANT MANAGER HANGS OUT WITH HIS FAMILY TILL SOMETIMES 5 AM AND HAS NO CONTROL. i HAVE HAD THE POLICE OUT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS ATTEMPTING TO STOP THE MASS GROUPS OF 30-50 TEENS. WHEN I MADE A COMPLAINT AT THE OFFICE TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THE ISSUES A MONTH LATER I HAVE A NOTICE ON MY DOOR GIVING ME A 30 DAY NOTICE BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO DO MONTH TO MONTH LEASING...MORE LIKE THE MANAGER IS AFRAID I WILL GO HIGHER ON UP AND GET HER FIRED SO GET RID OF ME. IT IS A MESS IN THISNEIGHBORHOOD AND IS GETTING WORSE...EVEN THE POLICE SAID THEYEXPECT IT TO BE REALLY BAD... …
Turtle Creek Townhouses & Apartments. Probably one of the worst managed properties in Wichita. We have had an ongoing issue with a neighbor in 1216 Harding since we moved in, as they love to play loud music at all hours. This causes pictures and ornaments to fall off our walls. We have complained to the office staff on numerous occasions, but since they rent to Section 8 people, and our neighbor is one such person, they say they can not do nothing about it. well, if you enjoy having the ability to listen to someone else's music at any time, day or night ... please be sure to rent here. Otherwise, stay as far as possible from this community. …
