Nice place to live

I have lived in about a dozen apartment complexes in the Wichita area, that being said Windham is a good deal friendlier and quiet place that I have lived. The location is good, just far away enough from busy traffic areas and close enough to get to where I need to go. The maintenance staff has taken care of the two "issues" I had within a few days. the construction is a bit dated but so is most construction in Wichita. I have traveled around the country and can honestly say Kansas is my favorite state. Plus there's downtown just a short drive.

Great value and pleasant place

I've only lived here for a couple of months, but I did a lot of research before I moved in. After moving in I found the reviews to be very accurate about this place. The staff here is attentive and friendly. The place is older and has some character. But I found that my neighbors are great and there is on-site security, and maintenance. I really wanted to give this place a 4.5 stars but it would only let me do 5 or 4. I don't have any complaints. In summary this is the best value for the price and I'm very happy with the safety, cleanliness and all of the amenities like the swimming pool, playground etc..

Great Price

I moved to Windham Court recently, because their 2-bedrooms were near the price I was paying for a 1-bedroom elsewhere. The office staff was very pleasant, and easy to work with. They are always smiling every time I go in to the office.

Great Place to live...

My husband and I have lived here for one full year. I have enjoyed staying here and feel that I've always been safe. This is important to me when my husband is traveling for extended time. The laundry facility is clean, the hallways are kept clean and vacuumed. The management staff is very friendly. The maintenance staff is very polite. They always leave notes on the door and knock before doing seasonal checks to make sure everything is working; and everything to date has always worked.
This is a great place to live, if you're a good person I highly recommend it!

Clean, Safe and I'm returning to Windham

I wanted to write this review about Windham Court Apartments since I had such a good experience there and am looking forward to living there again this year. I lived there last year (2008) and had to move away but am now being relocated back in Wichita and am looking forward to moving back into the apartment complex. The staff there is very nice; especially the manager is a real sweethart, as well as the maintenance crew was always friendly. The place has a pool, playground area, BBQ's, Sauna, billiard room, and exercise room. There's nothing I really disliked; I'm pretty easy going. The reason I'm moving back is because of my neighbors. They were a good bunch of people, that were real friendly and this for me is the most important ingredient. It was always quiet at night, and never once saw the crazy weekend party. I like to live in a place where people respect each other, follow the quiet after nine o'clock rule and try to be good Samaritans. I recommend this place it's where I'm happy to call home and a good place for a family. my 2 cents.
