I've been a customer of Taco Shop for years. This is the latest treatment I recieved after they continuously get my order wrong. I called several times to try to find a solution to the problem, and finally this is the response I got via email.
Directly from the manager at Harry and Washington location.
After reviewing all E-mail correspondence, speaking with our corporate office and the members of our staff who have had the direct pleasure of serving you, we here at Taco Shop have decided that we would like you to not return to our stores.
If you do return we will cancel your order as soon as we realize it is you, and you will be denied service. If things become more complicated than this notification, we will involve the police to help inforce our decision.
Now I understand that this might not stop you from sending someone else for your order, so I'd like you to know that if there is ever anything wrong with a covert order, I want you to still feel free to grumble quietly to yourself. Sincerely, Mark Roat ,General Manager, Taco Shop #1
This all over them messing my order up continuously, and when I finally decide to call for a solution, this is what happened. I tried several times to by-pass this Mark character and speak right with Steve Church the owner. Not once did I reach him, and not once did he return my call.
where's the justice??
