Has ALWAYS been a good experience.
I have worked with both Jay & Rick over the last 6 years for our school carnival. They have ALWAYS been friendly & fair. However, I am a true believer in if you treat someone with an attitude your going to get attitude .And there have been times when I know I was testy from stress and they were more than nice to me.
We just had our carnival last night and,the kids had a BLAST! They loved the games! Some of them may need some TLC & attention but the kids didnt notice!
They always love the pucker powder and spin art.

Every event we present is detailed in writing complete with full pricing. Every detail: Delivery, Start and End Times; Equipment List; Manpower; and even Power Requirements are listed in our contract and then signed by both parties. Effective communications between the customer and Celebrations! is one of the most important factors in our success. In fact, it?s what has allowed us to become the largest
independent fun equipment company in the U.S.
Sadly, ?knitgirl??s experience is not rare. There are twenty three individuals offering ?fun equipment? in Wichita. Most operate out of garages and storage sheds. The are good reasons to feel insecure if there?s no address available; if they don?t want to put things in writing; or if they working off an estimate instead of an actual invoice.
When I started Celebrations! fifteen years ago, I wanted to set the standard very, very high. Your simple satisfaction isn?t enough. Our customer creed was then as it is today??At Celebrations!, We?re Not Happy, Til You're Amazed!.?
Terrible Customer Service. You need to make sure that you go over their estimate carefully and that you get what you have been promised or what you have already paid for - and when discrepancies are pointed out - the owner becomes hostile and insulting. Just beware and be on your toes with this company.
