Inhumane and inhuman. Den of thieves and liars. Preying upon those who can least afford it. They will be out of business soon enough the way they treat their customers, but I would gladly join in any legal effort to rid our community of these undesireable leaches. They give Wichita and the entire human race a bad name. Don't go near these predators.

Horrible Experience. Whoever answers their phone is truly horrible. After reading the other reviews I am confident that this store could not possibly be doing well. I asked for an owner which apparently does not work there any longer and was hung up on. When I called back the woman rudely said he did not work there and hung up again. Needless to say I will NEVER waste my time entering the store and would not dream of giving them any of my hard-earned money. STEER CLEAR!

Poor service, bad policies, rude people. I recently took a camera in for an estimate. There was a $15 charge just for the estimate. I was called 2 hours later with a 2 word diagnosis "No Repair". The owner could not tell me what was wrong with it, or how much it would cost. I asked why I paid for an estimate if they could not supply me with one. He informed me that I did not pay for an estimate but a troubleshooting of the problem. I thought this was funny because I was already well aware of the problem and just wanted to know how much it cost. I took it to two other vendors who said they have several complaints from angry customers with this business and I will personally never go back. I also inquired as to how much it would be to reburn a miniDV and he said $85. I was able to have it done right up the road for $25. Avoid this place at all costs and don't make the mistake that I did, do not pay for repairs up front.
