Three's company. My husband and I decided to try this restaurant out this afternoon for lunch. We LOVE mexican food, so we usually know our menu well. We had friendly service from the minute we walked in the door. I loved the salsa they offered with the chips. BUT that's were it stopped, the food was not good. I ordered the enchilada dinner using the chorizo for the filling. My enchilada was served with what looked and tasted like processed sandwhich cheese, not one but I couldn't find anything but that. Inside was ONLY the chorizo, and it was very dried out and chewy. My husband's sancho came only with meat filling and he had to use what he had left over from his tacos to fill it. We had to ask for extra salsa just to have flavor. If your looking for fast service they do that, you can't miss your order being up, you can hear the microwave ding from the front.

All in the Family. This is a little family owned restaurant. They probably don't have the all time greatest mexican food, but I think it is really great! The chips and salsa are AWESOME! They have great fried tacos, probably the best mexican rice in town. I went to Puerta Vallarta, Mexico a couple years ago and had some rice made by a cook there and Cholita's is really close to it! The monterrey's are really great too, but I hear the spicy pork monterrey is very SPICY! I like this little restuarant and the staff is very friendly, and talk about fast fast service!!
