Horrible customer service and rude!. Beward of buying a Christmas gift here unless you are positive that it won't need to be exchanged or returned. My brother in law bought my son a hat at this store and it did not fit him. We went into the store and they said they could not help us without the receipt. So, got the receipt from my brother in law and went back in. Then they would only put the purchase back on his debit card but would not return the purchase price to my son so he could purchase something else. What a great Christmas gift, a return to your uncle's card! While in the store, I had to get my brother in law on the phone so he could give them his card number even though he wanted them to return the purchase price to my son. I get that stores have policies but they told me he could return it with the receipt and they made it so complicated and to top it off, they were so extremely rude about it. This is my second bad experience with this store and I will not step foot in there again.
