BEST FULL SERVICE SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!. When I first walked into Platinum it felt very warm and inviting. Their front desk girls were awesome! I have never been into a salon that had every employee friendly and welcoming. Then, I get my services done and they were absolutely amazing! I walked out of there feeling so good that I had found a place not only the customer service was outstanding but a place where their actual services were amazing! I love my hair everyday and I will never go anywhere else. They also have the best pedicures I have ever gotten. They offer different price ranges to best fit your budget as well. My next service I am going to try their massages. I hear those are amazing as well! If you are looking for one place to get your hair and spa needs, don't look any further. Try Platinum out, they are amazing!

Best in the Midwest!!!. I have been going to Platinum since it opened. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Tambra and her staff are highly skilled and their service is impeccable. I have natural curly hair and Tambra knows exactly how to cut it. Great customer service and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend them.

Best Facials!. I absolutely love Platinum's facials! Sarah is the best and my face has never looked so good. Soothing music and a relaxing atmosphere--I not only left looking good, but also feeling good! I recommend the hour long facial--but they also have express facials if you are crunched for time.

Awesome massage. I have always gone to Platinum for massages. Lisa is awesome!! They can always fit me in short notice and $60 for an hour massage is a good price!

I got what I wanted!. The first time I went in was the first time I actually came out of a salon with my hair looking how I wanted it. Lacey does a fantastic job! A co-worker referred me, and now I have my sister and husband going to her. She's also been able to fit me in on short notice.
