Good Care, No Nonsense Approach. I took my child in to see Dr. Passman for warts. He explained our options and after discussing, we decided to treat with a chemical. We were told at the first visit that we would probably have to have multiple treatments and that was just how the process worked. Dr. Passman looked at the warts each time and then the nurses would apply the chemical and tape to the areas. After four treatments, mulitple warts were gone. Staff was friendly, gave my son stickers each time.

Terrible service with uncaring 'professionals'. I took my son for routine treatment of planter's wart on his toe. A treatment plan was laid out and agreed upon. We were told our office wait would be approx. 10 each visit because we wouldn't have to see the Dr., just the nurse. Two visits later, and the results were the same. An hour waiting time, rude staff members, little to no interaction with their 9 year old patient, and a big billing mess! I will NEVER go back and would NEVER recommend this clinic. Being a nurse in a clinic setting, I can say this was completely unacceptable.

Terribly Disappointed. I had only heard good things about Dr. Passman, until my father became one of his patients. My father was told he had a diagnosis of cancer, which later turned out to be false. When my father made further attempts to contact Dr. Passman's office about questions he had concerning this disheartening diagnosis, he was ignored. He was promised on three different occaisions a phone call from Dr. Passman. He never got a single call. He finally, out of my frustration, went to Dr. Passman's office to try and get some answers. He sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes. When he went back to the front desk, the staff admitted they had already forgotten he was there. How can we trust that the specimen was really benign? How can we trust anything told to us by this over-scheduled office, who obviously is lacking in care for their patient's concerns. My father will be seeking a second opinion.
