Great Place for the price

I have been here for a few months and I have to say this is by far the best place I have rented. I had a small problem and called in a work order. Since it wasn't anything major they told me it would be awhile before they could get out. To me awhile meant 2-3 weeks. They were here in 72 hours. The staff is great, the grounds are kept in excellent condition. When you go to pay your rent they make sure and ask you if anything is wrong so they can fix it. The apartments are being remodeled as people move out. The space is great for the price and the only time I hear my neighbors is when their tv is on and even then the sound is muffled. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Good value and great customer service

Unlike a few other places I have rented, the staff really does care and are helpful beyond just taking the rent check. I have a older apartment but its very clean and I take care of it. I have only had a few work requests and they were taken care of within a day or two. This place is a really nice place compaired to most in price range...

Never Live Here

I have been here for a while now and they dont do anything! I know someone that had to wait 5 years to get his handicap sign and now it is broken due to the kids here. He had to zip tie it himself because they will not fix it! I have been waiting a month for them to fix my kitchen floor. I also have had them come out 2 times to fix my carpet. they waited about 3 weeks to fix it after my son fell and hurt himself. The dishwasher doesnt work right and they tell me its fixed. I hate it here and would never recommend these apartments to anyone!!!!

Like the place!

We like the open spaces all around the place. The staff is very nice. The place is under new ownership and things have changed a lot for the better. If you call ask for Leslie, she is very helpful.

Fair price and Clean Living

Like the place, would recomend to anyone. Lots of space and nice basketball court. Always safe, never had any problems when I have been here. The office girls are great and quick maintance guys with security officers that live on site. My apartment never has had a problem, place was really clean when we moved in...
