Fantastic Dealership. Fantastic! Fantastic! The General Manager, Phil Nightingale, went above and beyond what was expected. Phil listened to exactly what we wanted. Rather than sell us an Edge off his lot, he found one that had all the features we wanted and it did not include features that we did not want. We got an excellent trade-in price on our old vehicle and a great price on the Edge. The entire staff was very professional and also very friendly. No high pressure sales tactics at this dealership! All around a 5 star experience!

TWO THUMBS UP!. I am a Disabled Vet and I obtain a very good FICO score even though I do not receive alot of income. I was denied financing many times, but the Mel Hambelton Ford Team was like a pit-bull, sinking their teeth onto something and not letting it go. James Shock in sales and Shawn Matthews in the financial department were analogous to the above description and when things looked bleak, they diligently and aggressively pursued financing my 2009 Ford Mustang GT and now I am the proud owner!
