Absolutely fantastic customer service

I've just begun the search for a wedding gown and I was very intimidated by some of the larger stores in Wichita. I don't want to have to be overbearing to get some service. I tried a couple of Wichita stores and was very disappointed not only with the lack of selection in larger sizes, but also with the lack of service. Diane and her staff provided absolutely the most courteous service I have ever received. I made it clear that my wedding is over a year away so I was not looking to purchase on this trip. I just wanted to get an idea of the style of gown I liked. They spent 2 hours treating me like royalty, helping me pick out dresses to try on as long as I wanted, and even helping me take pictures so I could evaluate them later! I cannot say enough great things about this store and the employees. They had more of a selection in my size than any of the other stores I had tried and most places in Wichita will not allow you to take pictures in the dress until you buy it. Diane kept a list of the styles I liked so I can come back and try them on again without having to try to remember which was which. Having been to other stores where I left feeling chubby, ugly, frustrated and ignored it was a completely different experience at Simplistic Bride. I walked out feeling pretty, valued as a potential customer and like I actually have some great options for my wedding. I'm surprised at some of the other reviews. I suppose if you're overly concerned with having a certain designer, this may not be the place for you. But if you are looking for a great selection of absolutely GORGEOUS gowns and fantastic customer service from individuals who truly seem to care about your big day (not just whether or not it means a paycheck for them) then this is definitely the place to go. Having been there to try on dresses, I will be very surprised if I decide to buy my dress anywhere else. Thanks Diane!

Great Customer Service

When we started out on "the" dress hunt, we started here because it was closest to our home. The first lady that helped said just pull out whatever you want and we can get to know your taste by what you pick. Well that statement was very true. My daughter picked out several and soon a dress was brought over and while it was the least expensive dress there, she was right, it was perfect. My daughter loved it. They were very good to work with and answered every question the new bride and mom had. We did shop around before puchasing the dress, just to make sure that we had seen it all. We were treated very rudely by a couple of big name Bridal shops in Wichita. If we were not there to spend thousands, they did not want any of our business. Thanks to the ladies at Simplistic Bride in Derby for making this easy.

Excellent customer service!

I went into this store not knowing anything about the style of dress I wanted, and the lady helping me (Carole I think) was very knowledgable and devoted the whole two hours I was in the store to my mother and I. She was very friendly, and helped me find the style of dress I like. The store had some beautiful dresses, however I am very picky and actually ended up finding my dress at another place, but because of the customer service and the great experience I had here, I plan to get my bridesemaids dresses here, as they also have a large selection as well.
