“The Flower Factory was awesome with my wedding flowers!!!!!! Pam was very helpful in helping me stay within my budget. Very friendly, and out going. I felt like I was working with a friend. After telling her that I wanted to make my own pew bows she showed me a few tricks on how to make them, even offered me to call her if I needed help!!!! That saved me a bunch of money. She even gave me great boxes that I was able to fit my bows in nicely! Was perfect! Thanks Pam”!

You delivered them WHERE?. Some co-workers sent me sympathy flowers after my father passed away. This Company delivered them to my next door neighbor. This "person" is a thief and a drug addict and WILL NOT give the flowers to me or any other neighbor. When I called the flower shop I was told "It"s not my fault you can't get along with your neighbor. What am I supposed to do, deliver more flowers and take it out of my profits?" Well, business owner, the correct answer there would be YES.

I recommend staying VERY FAR away from this vendor. …

Problem resolved.. My husband placed an order, which we were not content with. Since we had wedding plans with this company, I am relunctant to stay booked. After talking to the owner, the problem was ultimately solved. …
