Innovative Creations! Great Customer Service!!.
I was talking with friends this week about projects that they have in play at Bradley Paper. One is working on a Bat Mitzvah and the other on a homecoming party. I just finished a birthday party set that was one of the most innovative creations that I've ever seen - it is awesome. They deserve a lot of recognition for helping people like me figure out how to do very cool things during economically stressful times. I know they they also do a lot of work for businesses too - one is Spirit's Christmas card. Their ability to grasp a vague concept and deliver a unique design is unparalleled.
These days everyone is doing more with less, and the folks at Bradley Paper help my friends and I look great every time.
Worst Place for Customer Service.
I had the worst customer service from this store on multiple occassions. They are not friendly and do not treat the customer fairly. FYI, never put down more than asked on items. I had an order that wasn't even to be out until 4 months later, but I paid in full. Two weeks later, I canceled and was charged for a "personalized" order. Ridiculous.
Also, I walked around looking at items, waiting to be helped, and all the workers did was look into their computer and totally disregard the customer in front of them.
I went there only because it was the closest place, but come to find out, there is much better quality elsewhere.
The only reason why I rated it 1 star is because you have to rate this company. Not even worth 1 star in my eyes.
Best stationery store and design staff anywhere!.
I just learned that Bradley Paper designed and produced the 2008 Greensburg Hish School graduation corresponcdence. The President was the commencement speaker at this event.! I know that Bradley Paper does a great job with wedding correspondence, special event invitations and marketing materials, but their reputation for customer service and quality has taken them to a new level. They have done correspondence for major corporations for years - like International Air Show correspondence, the invitations for Barriers 75th and Flint Hills National 10th anniversaries. Last year they were recognized as one of the best new businesses in Kansas, and they were nominated for a top Xerox design award. I have used them exclusively since they opended in Wichita several years ago because they are creative, adhere to my budget and are great to work with.
Excellent invitation custom design and superior customer service.
Invitations are not the ordinary imprintables. They carry imprintable invitations from vendors you would normally only find in a large city. You can also custom design your own invitation or rely on the graphic design staff. The store has a wide variety of cardstock and envelopes in lots of colors and sizes. We find it perfect for making our own invitations, and I know many invitations designers in the city buy their paper there. The handmade papers are also fabulous! You can use them for just about anything -- envelope liners, placemats, bookbinding, box covering, lampshades, scrapbooking -- your imagination is the only limit! They also have really cool stationery from Crane, Vera Wang, and other quality companies.
