Best fine dining experience in Wichita. I have been to Chester's numerous times and the food & service are consistently top notch. The filet is excellent and the salmon and sea bass are even better. I would recommend the rock shrimp or crab legs appetizer, and would most definitely recommend entertaining the special of the night. You won't find a better restaurant in town to celebrate special occasions.

Great great food, superb service. I have been to Chester's 3 times so far and every time is has been great! The steaks are delish and the sides are yummy too. The only 2 things I didn't like - my bleu cheese steak was cooked medium well once when I ordered it medium rare. The second thing, I am not a fan of the hummus - kind of "eh" tasting, the texture is too chunky and its way too filling to eat before a big meal (just skip it). I would prefer olive oil or butter with my bread instead. The steaks are to die for, something you'd find in a bigger city with a small town feel and price. I will definitely go back for seconds!! I recommend the filet, the petite bleu cheese filet, the spinach and sweet potato sides, the corn and mushroom side, clam chowder, etc, etc.
