HORRIBLE IN STORE EXPERIENCE. Joseph A. bank Wichita Kansas.
I visited the store in November 2010 to participate in the buy 1 suit, get second suit and overcoat for free. During the visit, the store MANAGER was the person assisting me. He took my measurements and told me my suites and overcoat would be in within 10 working days. The next week, I get a message from a store employee telling me my SUIT was ready. When I tried to call back to speak with the manager, who had assisted me, I had to leave several messages, but never got a call back. After calling several times, I did reach him only to find out that my suit and or suits and overcoat were not there. At this point, the manager asks me which overcoat I had picked. I advised him it was the first coat I tried on at the store the day I ordered the suits. About a week later, I get a call that my SUIT was in. I again called to verify that both of my suits were there with the overcoat so I could pick them all up at one time. This employee did not know and stated that the manager would have to call me back. I never got a call back. I called again and finally the manager was there. The suits were there but he didn’t have the overcoat. At this point he wanted to confirm AGAIN the overcoat I wanted. I was given the excuse that he wanted me to try on the overcoat with the suit on to verify the size of coat. I had done this the first day I was there. The next day I go in to get the suits. I am told that they would order the overcoat at this time. I needed the suit and overcoat for a funeral, and the store was good enough to loan me one. Two days later, after the funeral, I talk to the store to verify they ordered the coat, and I was told they would not order the coat til I brought back the loaner. I took the loaner coat back that day and was told my coat would be in 5 -7 business days. At the end of the 7th business day, which was Friday, I had received no call. I called the store manager who advised me the cost was not there. He stated he would call me Monday at 9am and guaranteed me the coat would be there. Monday morning 11am, I had received no call. I call the store, and I am promised the coat would be there at 4pm. At 5:15 pm, I arrive at the store, and the manager has 2 coats for me to look at. The first coat looks nothing like what I had ordered. The second coat was close, but the wrong color. I accepted the coat and left. It took a MONTH for me to get my coat. When I mentioned to the manager what poor service I had received, he made and excuse and had no apology for me. NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. AND NO APOLOGY.AVOID THIS PLACE.
