Nail Boutique
Terrible customer service and subpar skills.
I went in for a pedicure and a full set. I want a french manicure for the full set. The pedicure should have been called a pain-icure, she was rough and didn't care.
The full set was a joke, I had super glue to my first knuckle, the tips are a creme or yellow color and no pink powder was used so there is no contrast in the nails.
With all the super glue used, it was very painful when she kept trying to pry the skin from the nails to file on the sides.
I went back the following day to show the subpar work and to see what could be done to fix them, girl said it was my fault, I thanked her and left.
The quality of service is not worth the prices.
Average.
It's been a few years since I have had acrylics. I went here because I noticed the place when I was at the same shopping center for something else.
I'm unimpressed by the acrylics that I got from them. When I went I got both a set of acrylics and a pedicure. The pedicure was ok, I could give myself a better pedicure. But, it wasn't horrible either, just average.
The manicure/acrylics are my biggest issue with this place. I have two that are flat out crooked. I have waves in some of my nails, the tops of them are not smooth and some are VERY thick. I've had to file down the edges along my cuticles myself as the girl there did a very poor job of it. She seem to be WAY more interested in her phone than doing a good job on my nails. I have nails that are visibly longer than others. I admit the girl doing my nails was not as good as she should have been. I probably would have received a better set of acrylics from one of the other ladies in the shop. But, either way, I won't be back there again. I'll be going some place else to get my nails done next time.
