DO NOT GO Went to logans steak house place on Rock road in wichita, kansas on friday 02/08/2013. Bad awful staff from the front door to the manager. had to wait on everything and ask for anything for subpar food. The managers at this place need to go as well as the servers who could care less if you are there or not.

NO TIP FOR YOU

Went to Logans Roadhouse on Rock Road, Sunday 02/03/2013. They had a coupon from the paper buy one get one free. We were with a group of six total. There were several tables open yet we had to wait about 20 minutes. We were told they did not have the wait staff for the tables???? So we had to wait in the door instead of being seated??? Then we were told no T Bones NOR Porterhouse and nothing to replace for it. Three of the six steaks ordered were sent back for being undercooked. not to mention waitress had an chip on her shoulder and we had to ask for refills and anything else needed. We went to church later that night and told everyone an anyone who would listen:

NEVER patronize logans roadhouse even if it is free NEVER

avoid this place run by incompetant management. Over 40 minute wait with over 30 empty tables due to a STAFF??? problem go elsewhere
