Stay away from these guys. Took my bike in for service, got it back with dents because they left it out in a hail storm. Ross, the owner, got instantly irate when I inquired if their insurance would cover the repair. He said bringing the bikes inside when it storms would disrupt operations too much. Run, don't walk away from this bike shop.

Rude. I avoid these guys at all cost unless cannot get through shop south of town. The parts guys are rude and not helpful at all. I dread going in to this place. Their used bikes are also way over priced; go to craigslist and find similar bikes for $1,000 cheaper.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!. This place is WAY OVER PRICED! Do your homework, and save time and money by avoiding this place.

What a joke. Try working for the place. They treat their staff like hell. I have no idea how they are making it, but I'm sure it will all catch up with them at some point.

WORST. Jerry is rude, worst shop ever, been all over the country and just hated this place. never go back. i buy about 15 bikes a year also, and know what im doing, never experienced anything like this.
