WISH I didn't have to give even ONE star!! We had Lies as well, LOVED them. WORST decision ever to sell to WM!

They are HORRIBLE. Haven't picked up in our neighborhood in 2 weeks. NO ONE can get through to Customer Service...REALLY???

We are all looking for a new company. Any suggestions?

I mean, do they not have enough man power or what????

They are supposed to be this GREAT company, yet not one positive review! HMMM...makes you wonder.

Worst service ever!!. We got stuck with this company after they acquired Lies. We have not had our trash picked up for 4 weeks now. Every time I call in to their out of state call center, I am on hold for 20-30 minutes and then given a different excuse each time. It's embarrassing to have the trash sitting out for days on end. No one seems to know what is going on and their is no local number to call. They have failed to resolve my issues and are now telling me I will have to pay a $25 fee to have my trash cans picked up if I want to cancel, WTH? Use anyone else. We never had any problems with Lies.

customer service sucks. lies was bought by these idots. we had NO say so about being customers of them, we were forced to deal with them. IF you can get through to customer service expect to be onm hold for over 20 minutes by incompetant fools who have no idea about anything.

I lost three months of paid service becuse of the sale and no records kept. i don;t care if i have to pay more i refuse to use waste management
