The staff at Medi have completely changed my life.  In 14weeks I have learned how to eat like a normal person again.  I can cook a nutritional meal for my family and feel good about it.   I have lost a total of 12 inches from my waist and 26 pounds.  More importantly than that I enjoy food again and I have hope that I can eat things that I like and they will be good for me.  I would so much rather have an apple with peanut butter than cookie cake now!  That is saying something!  The  way I ate before was irresponsible.  I deserved better and so did my children.  Portion control, moderation, and variety are the things the staff at Medi have taught me and will stay with me the rest of my life.  I practice them everyday and am teaching it to my family.  This to me is not a diet and never has been.  It is a life change. It is my new life plan.  Thanks Medi!

Medi-Weightloss Clinic of Andover. When all other efforts and diets wouldn't work to lose weight I had resigned myself to being overweight and unhealthy for life. I felt like I could have starved myself and still gained weight!

Voicing my concerns to my OB/GYN, he asked me if I was serious about losing weight. I said of course I was! He told me to call Dr. Jeannine Cobb at Medi-Weightloss Clinic in Andover. I was a bit hesitant only because I had serious doubts that anything was going to work but I contacted the clinic and scheduled an appointment. During my initial consultation, they drew blood for lab testing to see what was going on in my system. At my next visit, I found out that my body was in dysmetabolic syndrome or insulin resistance. This is why I was unable to lose weight!

I started the program. Just like any program or diet it was not always easy but 8 months later I am 40 pounds lighter and, most important of all, my lab results are back to normal and I feel great!

Dr. Cobb and her entire staff are the most supportive, informative, caring people I have ever dealt with and I would encourage anyone who wants to lose weight or just get healthier to give them a call.
