bad office staff

they dont know there heads from there asses. the office is so disorganized and they are rude. they dont ever send a bill but when its past due the send a late notice. how r u supposed to pay a bill on time if u dont get it. then u call the office and they tell u they sent it. thy really need to fire the staff and start new

Poor pick-up service; Even worse office & records

When I first signed up, it was 3 weeks before they finally remembered to drop off a cart- and never received credit for that period, this was only the beginning. When they actually did stop to pick up, which was very undependable, the cart was regularly thrown across my drive or left dangling off the curb, blowing trash all over. Health reasons then caused a need to find someone who could provide carryout service rather than taking a cart to the curb, so I asked that service end when the balance of this payment was depleted. They continued to bill me although I'd had them come and get their cart. Calls did not work so I began writing to say I did not have service there anymore, only to get return letters stating that their records said I did. Suddenly I get a letter from a collection agency whom I responded to immediately with my disputing their claim. Two days later the collector called- I assumed to further discuss the matter, but instead insisted I had no way to argue the bill. Furious over the continued waste of my time due their poor record keeping I paid them right then, just to get them to finally go away. As they were noting this the collector then informs me that there is a second bill with them for me that was over a year old, and had been put on my credit report. I had no second account and no idea what was happening until we discovered I was never notified because the records had 2 phone numbers- neither mine, plus the address was incorrect. The bill was not mine, and I was not ever made aware of it or given the chance to know of it because Lies had sent mis-matched information to the collection agency. I then had to call Lies to verify the bill was not mine, where they insisted immediately that the mistake was not theirs, were indignant and rude, then demanded I call collections and tell them to call Lies back. I've just paid them $100 that I did not owe, they did not earn, and had no right to just so they would stop wasting my time, to then be treated like this!? No. I have never seen or heard such incompetence from a service provider as I have with Lies Trash and will never put up with them again.

Customer Service in Office is Terrible

I have not received the quarterly billing postcard for the past 9 months. I realized this finally when I did get the past-due billing postcard once (that got through!) charging me a late payment fee. I have called the office of Lies Trash Service several times and I called the Postal Service about the trouble with this billing postcards not arriving. The problem is still not fixed! I have been calling in to pay for the trash service and I get the feelling that I am bothering them to even pay them. They always give a big sigh and will put me on hold for 3 minutes to even pay them! The pickup guys are great - I have neve had a problem with them and even with the office people, they have been nice up until this past 9 months. I don't know if they have new management or new office people or if they can't keep the same personnel, something is definitely wrong in the office! Today was the last straw for me - I called in to pay for this quarterly billing and I asked for a photocopy of the account with all the billing dates and payment dates. You would have thought I had asked for the world. The first lady flatly said 'why do you want that' and I called back and the second lady said she would send it but we'll see.... If you think this is great service, then go ahead and use Lies Trash Service.

Great service

We have received great service from Lies. After deciding to move to Lies from another company they were very accommodating in the change without having knowledge of the change. There was an oversight on our part in regards to billing and they have worked with us on that as well. I recommend them to everyone!

Poor Customer Service

Lies Simply put Lies about there service. We started 3 weeks ago and have been missed on our pick up date all 3 times.We were told various stories each time. And now they have changed our pickup Date. Like thats going to help. I would not recommend Lies to anyone. They use to have such a good rep. But just like everything else forget how they got to where they are. Its the CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!!!!

Lies has extremely poor service now

I have had Lies Trash service for at least 10 years. In fact I'm sorry to say I recommended them to my neighbors long ago and they have Lies as well. This year the service has been horrible, and problems have not been resolved. I rarely have all of my barrels emptied. If I happen to have two or three bags along side the trash container they will take one or two bags but leave one behind. WHY!? I have called Lies several times to ask if I am over the limit etc. They simply say "no, they just overlooked it." We will send someone out to pick up the rest. Of course they never do. I have witnessed them many times just literally throw the trash container up into the yard destroying plants, flowers or whatever may be in the way. Today they emptied a neighbors trash container and then threw it into the yard spreading garbage that still remained in the container across the yard. They did not bother to pick it up, but instead just drove away. My garbage containers and my neighbors are usually just laying on their side and scattered into the alley for us to pick up. I guess it is time to make a switch. I've given them more than enough opportunities to correct the problems. It just boils down to the fact that they don't really care to run a reputable business.

Lies trash service is going down hill quickly!

When I first starting using Lies trash 3 years ago they were great! If I forgot to put my trash out they would come up to the house to get it. Now I can't even get them to take the trash I put out for them! I had removed some bushes and put them in bundles that I could handle (a chick with no upper body strength!) and they didnt pick them up. I called and asked why and she told me they had to be put into 3 foot long by 1 foot wide bundles! Now they will not even pick up a bag with small hole in it from prowling cats! Ever since they have expanded the service has gone downhill! I am calling right now to get a new trash service!

Terrible Service Terrible management

I was quoted a price for a dumpster and charged up front. Then I recieved a bill for $100 more! I called and asked why they said they told me the first $260 dollars only covered so much of the dump fee. I did some research and found out they used a more expensive dump than they usually do. When I called about it the manager was really rude and told me pay up or go to the KCI. I would not reccommend using this company, they were shady with me from the start.

LIES GUYS ARE HOT HOT HOT!

I look forward to trash every week. I am proud to see the Lies guys pull up, smile, and grab my can at the back door. I would defniately reccomend paying them the small amount extra to come around back to get it. Lee is so hot, he usually services me. Go with Lies. Ladies, go with Lies. It will put a smile on your face on what would have been otherwise a normal boring day!

Great Service, BEST price!!!

Lies has provided great service and the lowest cost trash pick up in town. There are other trash providers out there that provide the same service - taking your trash to the dump... So why do all of the other guys have to charge so much more???

What would be great is if Lies could offer say an additional charge for larger items we would like them to load up and send to the dump with our regular trash that we would have to take there ourselves. Not all of us have pickup trucks and it would definitely make them some more money for what they are already doing! Shoot, I would even help them load it up!
